Good quality, delivery could be faster

I ordered a set of Hallett Gutter Covers and some Hidden Hangers for a home project. The products themselves seem really solid, well-made aluminum. Installation was straightforward enough for a homeowner like me. My only slight complaint was the shipping time; it took 7 days to reach me in Arizona. It wasn't urgent, but it felt a little slow compared to some other online stores. Customer service was helpful when I called to confirm my order details, so that was a plus. Overall, good value for the quality, just plan for a bit of a wait on delivery.

Saved some money on my first order

I was looking for some K-Style Gutter Components and found Hallett Gutter Supply. As a new customer, I got a small discount on my first order which was nice. I picked up some downspout elbows and a few sections of K-Style gutter. The prices seemed pretty competitive, especially with that first-time buyer deal. Everything arrived well-packaged and was exactly what I needed. It felt like I got a good deal without sacrificing quality. Definitely worth checking out if you're trying to save a bit on your gutter supplies.

Decent gutter sealant

Bought Geocel Sealant. Arrived in 4 days. It worked as expected. No issues with the order.

My order from Hallett Gutter Supply is stuck on 'processing' for 4 days. Is this normal?

S SmitaG 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer

I always call them after 2-3 days if it's not shipped. Usually lights a fire.

D DeepakV 1 month ago

Good idea. I'll try calling tomorrow if no update.

P PoojaK 1 month ago

Mine took almost a week to ship out last time. I think they get backed up.

R RahulS 1 month ago

Same. Customer service eventually told me they were waiting on a specific part.

D DeepakV 1 month ago

Ugh, really? I need these by next weekend.

Anyone know if Hallett Gutter Covers come with a warranty? Couldn't find it easily.

L LatikaS 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

Yeah, they do. I think it's a lifetime on the material, but check the product page for specifics. It was buried in the FAQs for me.

I IshaanB 2 weeks ago

Found it! Thanks! Says 'transferable lifetime warranty'.

D DeviK 2 weeks ago

That's good to hear, some companies are really vague about that.

R RohanT 2 weeks ago

My installer mentioned it, but I never actually read the fine print. Probably worth a quick call to confirm.

I IshaanB 2 weeks ago

I'll read the FAQ first.

My contractor discount isn't applying at checkout. What am I missing?

S ShrutiN 3 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

Are you logged into your contractor account? If not, it won't show up.

M MehulJ 3 weeks ago

Yep, logged in. Still nothing.

H HarishK 3 weeks ago

Sometimes you have to select 'contractor pricing' specifically from a dropdown in the cart.

R RinaD 3 weeks ago

Mine did that once, I had to call them and they manually adjusted it after the order. Pain in the butt.

M MehulJ 3 weeks ago

Ugh, hoping to avoid that. Thanks for the heads up.

Can I really buy just one or two gutter components, or is it always bulk sets?

V VivekP 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

You can definitely buy individual stuff. I got like 4 end caps and a tube of sealant last month. No problem.

K KavitaM 2 weeks ago

Awesome! Just need a couple miters. Thanks!

S ShaliniR 2 weeks ago

Yeah, but shipping for small orders can be a killer.

A AdityaG 2 weeks ago

The K-style stuff is mostly sold individually, but some of the box gutter components might be in packs.

K KavitaM 2 weeks ago

Good point. I'm looking for K-style so should be fine.

Anyone know the return policy for Hallett gutter guards? Ordered too many.

P PreetiB 3 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

I returned some end caps a while back. Had to pay return shipping but it was pretty straightforward after I got an RMA.

A ArjunP 3 weeks ago

Did they charge a restocking fee?

P PreetiB 3 weeks ago

For me, no restocking fee, but it was a small order.

G GautamC 3 weeks ago

Pretty sure you need to call them first. They don't just take stuff back willy-nilly.

A ArjunP 3 weeks ago

Yeah, figured as much. Thanks.

Hallett Gutter Supply shipping to residential addresses? Need covers for my house.

V VikramL 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer

Yep, they ship to homes. Got my whole order delivered last month, no issues.

A AnjaliD 1 month ago

Good to know! Was worried it was only commercial.

N NehaJ 1 month ago

Mine came freight for a big order, had to be home to sign.

K KiranR 1 month ago

They do, but shipping costs can add up if it's not a bulk order that qualifies for free shipping.

A AnjaliD 1 month ago

That's what I was thinking. Trying to hit the free shipping minimum.

Hallett's website is asking me to re-enter my credit card every time. Saved payment isn't working.

S SnehaY 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

Mine does that sometimes. I usually just delete the saved card and re-save it. Works after that.

J JatinP 2 weeks ago

Could be a browser issue? Try incognito mode.

M MihirN 2 weeks ago

Tried that, still giving me grief.

D DeepaR 2 weeks ago

I just stopped saving it. Too much hassle. Just enter it fresh every time.

M MihirN 2 weeks ago

Might have to do that if it keeps up.

Anyone know how long shipping usually takes for the gutter guards? I'm in New York and need them kinda soon for a job.

J June 3 months ago

From my experience, it's pretty quick. I'm in PA and usually get my orders within a week, sometimes less.

C Cody Brooks 3 months ago

It varies, but generally fast. If you're buying in bulk, sometimes that can add a day or two for processing, but standard orders are usually out the door quick. Best to check the tracking once it ships.
